Web Design Services
My websites are designed from scratch and tailored to suit my clients' requirements. All the client needs to do is provide me with any text and photographic images. Alternatively, I can purchase stock images on the client's behalf and pass the charges on.
The Design Process
After we've discussed your web design needs, I'll email you with a free, no obligation quote.
If you wish to proceed we can discuss the design of the website in more detail and work will begin once you've supplied me with your text and images. I will also require a deposit of either £50 or 10%, whichever is the greater.
The first stage will be to create the template which will form the basis of each of the webpages. It will be uploaded onto my webserver where you will be able to view it and request any changes. Once you're happy with the layout I will go on to build the entire site, using the images and text provided by yourself. When completed, the entire site will be uploaded to my server for approval.
Your finished website will be supplied on CD.
Web Hosting & Uploading To The Internet
If you need to purchase a domain name and a web hosting package I cannot do this for you, however I can assist you with finding a suitable hosting company.
I will also upload the website to the internet on your behalf at no extra cost. All you need to do is provide me with the relevant access details, which we can discuss nearer the time.
Site Maintenance & Updates
If you require the content (text & images) on your site to be updated I will do this for you free of charge, as part of my web design service.
PLEASE NOTE: The addition of new pages or amendments to the actual site layout are not included and will incur additional fees should you wish me to do this for you.
Pricing
Rates vary depending on the size and complexity of the website, but my fees start at £300 for a basic, three page layout.
